Client logos (Marriott, Hilton, Arora Group, Novotel, Leonardo Royal, Stoke Park, DoubleTree by Hilton, Courthouse Hotel London Soho, Mandira's Kitchen, Tangra, RED Radisson) and partner logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission or under fair-use for the purpose of identifying client relationships.

Brand logos for our owned consumer brands (hey.halwai, Savor Room, Gravy Guys, Kovi London) are owned by their respective brand entities under Universal Procure Limited.

You may view, download (for personal, non-commercial reference) and print pages from the site solely for your own personal use. Any other use — including reproduction for resale, modification, public display, or systematic redistribution — requires our prior written consent.

5. Trade enquiries and commercial relationships

Submitting a form on this website (Trade Enquiry, Brand Partner Brief, sample request, waitlist signup) constitutes the start of a commercial conversation. It does not create a binding contract.

Any actual commercial relationship — including supply agreements, production contracts, private-label arrangements — is governed by a separate, signed written agreement between Universal Procure Limited and the contracting party. That agreement, not this website, sets out the legally binding terms of the relationship.

Information presented on this website (pricing indications, capabilities, lead times, MOQs) is illustrative and subject to confirmation in the signed agreement.

6. Catalogue and product information

Products described in our catalogue are illustrative of our typical range. Specific recipes, formulations, pack sizes, allergens and nutritionals are subject to development, sampling and confirmation per client. Always rely on the most current product specification sheet provided to you in writing, not on website content.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of reputation arising from your use of this website.
